Wilkins Consultancy developed an ICT strategy for the Trust following its creation from several trusts, taking account of the implications of the National Strategic Programme.
We led a project to develop an Output Based Specification for the procurement of clinical systems to support Community Care, Mental Health and Forensic Services.
