Rand Information Systems is a long-established UK IT services company. When it was acquired by the French telecommunications services group Compagnie des Signaux, Wilkins Consultancy supplied an Interim Marketing Director to help Rand and CS develop the company's three year marketing plan. This included a strategy for an entry into services in data warehousing, call centres and other customer response management systems, based on Rand's extensive track record in data migration and integration.
