Interim management services

Interim management is the short-term assignment of proven executives to manage transition, change, uncertainty or crisis, or to manage and exploit a new business opportunity. Interim executives take full responsibility from day one, usually reporting directly to the board. They are over-qualified for the job, with a strong proven track record.

Management consultancy is based on the provision of advice, usually to be implemented by the existing management team. Interim executives step into a line management role and are responsible for the implementation of their recommendations. They become part of the management team, and are expected to deliver results right from the start.
