Wilkins Consultancy acted as Interim Marketing Manager during the build up and launch of CareerDemon.com. This involved developing the marketing strategy and marketing communications planning, and launch programme management for a new web-based psychometric testing and career guidance service. CareerDemon.com is initially targeted at undergraduate students, but with a strategy to address any group of people needing careers advice such as mid-twenties disaffected employees, mid-thirties return-to-work'ers, or sixth-form students.
